IPF Nativ is a pilot community of young professionals in their 30s and 40s who are seeking out spaces to engage with the Israeli-Palestinian conflict on a deeper level. We tailor our activities to accommodate the busy lives of our participants so that they can invest less of their time, yet still receive our usual high-level content at a time and place that works best!

Noa Balf is currently a Visiting Assistant Professor in the Jewish Studies Program and Israel Institute Teaching Fellow at the University of Kansas. She will be joining the Borns Jewish Studies program at Indiana University in Bloomington as the incoming Melanie and Andrew Goodman Postdoctoral Fellow at the Olamot Center. She is also a Research Affiliate at the  Forum for Regional Thinking at the Van Leer Institute at Hebrew University, as well as the Haifa Feminist Institute. Her research examines the role of gender and politics around the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. In addition to her academic research, Dr. Balf has contributed her expertise to the Wilson Center in Washington DC,  and regularly publishes opinion pieces on politics and gender in Israel in the media. By using an intersectional framework for analyzing political processes in Israeli politics as well as the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. Dr. Balf provides new and exciting insight.
